Hear directly from members of the California Desert Association of REALTORS® and The Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS® regarding the proposed merger.
This merger is a strategic decision to better serve our members and meet the current demands of our industry.
By bringing CDAR and the Inland Gateway Association together, we strengthen our ability to lead, adapt, and deliver greater value to members. This was not a reactive move. It was a deliberate choice to prioritize long-term strength, stronger resources, and a more unified voice for our members. We are better positioned together than apart.
I fully support the proposed merger between TIGAR and the California Desert Association of REALTORS®.
After significant work and thoughtful evaluation, I believe this is the right move at the right time. This merger is about building a stronger association for the future - one with greater resources, broader reach, stronger stability, and more value for our members.
Our industry is changing, and our association must be prepared to change with it. By coming together, TIGAR and CDAR have the opportunity to create an organization that is better positioned to serve members and lead effectively in the years ahead.
I am proud to support this effort and encourage our members to review the proposal and participate in the vote.
It is with great enthusiasm that I support the merger of CDAR and TIGAR.
We must look towards the future and how best our associations can support their members. This merger provides economies of scale and influence which translate into increased services and benefits to our members.
Further, the scale in which the association will be able to organize business-building events will be unsurpassed. Our industry is changing at warp speed and we must be proactive in adapting to that change. I would urge you to vote YES!
Having served in a leadership role at CDAR, I understand the responsibility we have to protect what has been built and honor the association's legacy. That matters. It always will.
At the same time, I've also seen firsthand how quickly our industry is evolving. Rising costs, increased regulation, advancing technology, and broader competition are changing the landscape in real time. Standing still is not a strategy.
This merger is not about losing identity. It is about strengthening it. It is about bringing together resources, expanding our influence, and creating a more stable and capable organization that can better serve its members.
Real estate already operates beyond geographic boundaries, and our association structure should reflect that reality. By coming together, we position ourselves to deliver more value, stronger advocacy, and better tools to the professionals we serve.
In my view, this is a thoughtful, strategic step forward. One that preserves our culture, honors our history, and ensures we remain strong, relevant, and sustainable for the next generation of REALTORS®.
As a long-standing member and the current President Elect of The Inland Gateway Associations of REALTORS®, this merger feels both important and personal to me.
It's about honoring where we've been, while creating something even stronger for the future of our members and our industry.
The real estate landscape is changing quickly. Across California, associations are coming together, not just by choice, but because it is necessary to stay strong and sustainable.
But this isn't just about keeping up, it's about growing forward. By merging, we create a more unified voice, open the door to greater collaboration, and expand opportunities for learning, leadership, and connection.
I truly believe the future is bright when we come together. I encourage you to support this merger and be part of building something stronger together.
Given our industry's direction, I wholeheartedly believe the opportunity to merge our great association with another powerful association is the best decision we can make on behalf of our members today and moving forward.
This merger is the next step towards the goal we have been working towards for years, to provide more value, more tools and lower dues for the CDAR members we serve.
I strongly support this merger.
This strategic move will enhance alignment, strengthen collective influence with a larger membership base, and better position the new organization to serve its members and provide additional resources (member value). In a quickly evolving industry we must adapt and position ourselves for the future.
I am announcing my support for the merger of The Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS® and The California Desert Association of REALTORS®.
I am writing to express my strong support for the proposed merger of The Inland Gateway and California Desert Associations. I believe this unification will offer significant benefits to our members, our local real estate community and the clients we serve.
Enhanced Representation: A combined association would represent a larger and more powerful voice for us within our industry, allowing us to advocate more effectively for the needs of our members and the real estate market in our overall region.
Increased Resources: Merging resources will create a stronger organization with the ability to offer enhanced services to members, such as expanded educational opportunities, legal support, and technological advancements. This will ultimately benefit members and their clients through better-informed and equipped professionals.
Financial Stability: A larger membership base creates a more financially stable organization, allowing for greater investment in resources and services that benefit both members and the industry as a whole.
The proposed merger of The California Desert and The Inland Gateway Associations represent a unique opportunity to create a stronger, more vibrant, and effective organization that serves the best interests of its members, our clientele and the real estate market in our region. I urge all members to carefully consider the benefits and actively participate in the discussions leading up to their final decision and vote YES on the merger.
I, Donna Bell, endorse this merger.
The merger is a partnership aimed at strengthening the core of what we do; by supporting the real estate professionals. Together, we can build a stronger organization by creating greater opportunities for business growth and a stronger unified voice to protect our industry.
A merger between the CDAR and TIGAR is a smart, forward-thinking move at a time when the future of organized real estate is rapidly evolving.
As our industry faces shifting business models and potential changes to MLS services that could significantly impact association revenue, it's critical that we strengthen our organizations and plan for long-term sustainability.
This isn't just about finances though—it's about relevance. At its core, the value of the association is in its advocacy. Our ability to lobby, protect private property rights, and ensure REALTORS® have a voice in legislative decisions is essential to our industry and the clients we serve. That voice is stronger when it's unified.
A merger would also expand our reach beyond the Coachella Valley, creating greater opportunities for our members through broader networks, increased collaboration, and a larger regional presence. Ultimately, a California Desert and Inland Gateway merger would position us to adapt to change, strengthen our collective voice, and continue delivering meaningful value to our members and communities.
Never before has it been so important to be a force in shaping the future of real estate.
Technology, COVID, financial markets, lawsuits…they have all impacted how people buy and sell homes. What has NOT changed is the human touch…our essence as REALTORS to guide people through one of the most impactful experiences in their lives. So we have a choice: adapt, grow and gain momentum OR maintain the status quo, wither and die.
As the 2016 President of East Valley Association of REALTORS and now a proud member of The Inland Gateway of REALTORS, I support and embrace a merger with the California Desert Association of REALTORS. Culturally, financially and professionally, our 10-year relationship makes the merger a logical and powerful choice for expansion. I look forward to walking beside the professionals at California Desert Association of REALTORS.
As a two-time Past President, I have had the privilege of serving this organization during both times of growth and times of challenge.
That perspective gives me a deep appreciation for what strong leadership, engaged membership, and sound financial stewardship can accomplish—and also where greater opportunity exists.
It is with that experience in mind that I strongly support the proposed merger of our two REALTOR® organizations.
This merger represents more than a structural change - it is a strategic step forward. By combining our resources, we strengthen our financial foundation, allowing for more efficient operations, enhanced member services, and greater long-term stability. A unified organization is simply better positioned to invest in advocacy, education, and the tools our members need to succeed in an increasingly competitive and evolving marketplace.
Equally important is the power of a larger, more connected membership. Bringing our communities together creates a stronger collective voice - one that carries more influence at the local, regional, and state levels. It fosters collaboration, expands networking opportunities, and builds a deeper bench of leadership for the future.
Having led this organization twice, I recognize the importance of honoring our history while also embracing progress. This merger does both. It preserves the core values we stand for while positioning us for greater impact moving forward.
I encourage all members to look at the long-term benefits and join me in supporting this merger. Together, we can build a stronger, more resilient organization that better serves our members and our communities.
I support the proposed merger between CDAR and TIGAR.
From everything I've seen, this has been a thoughtful, disciplined, and well-structured process. The level of care and intentionality behind the planning gives me confidence that this decision is being made with the long-term success of the membership in mind—not just short-term convenience.
Strategically, this merger makes sense. It creates the opportunity for greater efficiency, expanded resources, and enhanced member value. Just as important, it strengthens our collective voice—both at the state level with C.A.R. and nationally—allowing us to better advocate for our industry and the communities we serve.
As someone who has been actively involved in leadership and understands the importance of structure, governance, and member impact, I see this as a forward-thinking move that positions us for the future of real estate.
I am encouraged by what this merger makes possible and support it as a logical and beneficial step forward. I encourage you to review the information, ask questions, and ultimately support this effort. If you'd like to talk it through, I'm always available.
I support this merger as a strategic step forward to strengthen our association and better serve our members.
After careful review, I recommend that both Boards vote in favor of approving the merger.
This merger will strengthen member services, improve operational efficiency, enhance financial stability, and create a more unified and influential voice for the real estate community. Both associations share aligned missions and values, making this a strategic and beneficial partnership.
While transition will require planning, the long-term benefits clearly outweigh the challenges.
Recommendation: Approve the merger and proceed with implementation.
As associations plan for the future of real estate, they must continually assess what is best for their members.
I strongly believe that a merged organization is the best path forward in today's real estate landscape. From economies of scale and enhanced member benefits to the de-duplication of costs and a more centralized structure, a unified association will be better positioned to meet the challenges of both today and tomorrow. A merged organization will stand stronger than any single AOR.
The merger of the Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS® and the California Desert Association of REALTORS® will create a powerful new association, one that is well equipped to serve its members and lead the industry into the future.
As an investment in the future of the real estate industry and the ever changing market, I as a current and former member of the Board of Directors at TIGAR support the merger that is being presented.
Change is difficult but necessary to ensure the members are getting the best representation possible and keeping current with all aspects of real estate both personal and far reaching.
I have seen this association evolve over many years, and what has always remained constant is our commitment to our members.
This merger does not change that, it enhances it. We are not losing identity, we are expanding our impact. In my view, this is the most strategic and forward-looking decision we could make.
As author Ken Blanchard put it simply - "None of us is as smart as all of us."
I, Tania Flores, wholeheartedly support this merger as it will be beneficial for all members. By collaborating, we can effectively strengthen the future of Real Estate. Let's build a better future together, vote in favor of the merger.
Strength from the core - I really feel like this is going to be a great opportunity for all of us.
It opens the door to some amazing tools that will help us grow and do better moving forward. When we come together and actually collaborate, we are not just thinking short term we are building something bigger, something that can turn into a real legacy for the future.
I highly recommend supporting this. I truly believe we have the ability to strengthen our Real Estate board and create something meaningful that benefits everyone involved.
Our association has evolved over many years.
Our commitment to our members has remained constant. Our commitment will not change that, it will strengthen it. Our identity will remain, and our impact will be expanded. This is the most forward-thinking and strategic decision we could make.
In a world with an ever-changing business climate, I find this merger to be "FRESH!"
Combining forces to:
FORTIFY - Providing strength in numbers.
REACH - Extending our range of influence in our communities!
EMPOWER - Leaders and membership combine to bring new ideas for future growth.
SYNERGIZE - more action and co-operation working together.
HOPE - for the future!
Personally, I find change an opportunity to be better, and to do better and I endorse this merger!
Having served as President of TIGAR, I have a deep appreciation for the history, culture, and identity we've built over the years.
This merger is not about losing that, it's about strengthening it. Our foundation doesn't disappear; it becomes part of something larger, more stable, and better positioned for the future. I believe this is the most responsible path forward for continued growth.
I have had the privilege of serving the Inland Gateway Association of Realtors since 2008.
I currently sit on the Board of Directors and also serve as one of our area's representatives to the National Association of Realtors. Our ongoing focus is to streamline our association to maximize our impact for the membership as a whole, while continuously striving to deliver the highest level of services and support to our members.
Our proposed merger with the California Desert Association of Realtors is a natural extension of those values. By combining our strengths, resources, and leadership, we are better positioned to advocate for our members, elevate professional standards, and create a stronger, more unified voice—ultimately enhancing the effectiveness and reach of both of our boards.
I am beyond proud and truly honored to be part of this upcoming merger as a member of the Board of Directors for TIGAR.
This moment represents a powerful step forward, uniting leadership, vision, and purpose to strengthen our collective impact. I strongly recommend that we move forward with this merger, as it positions us for greater influence, collaboration, and long-term success. I am incredibly excited to be part of such a meaningful and transformative event - one that will elevate our status within our communities and further align us with both the California Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Together, we are building something greater, and I am ready to lead, collaborate, and champion this next chapter. From the East to the West, we are CDIG strong - let's do this.
I began my real estate career as a member of the East Valley Association of REALTORS®, and to have seen that organization grow into what is now the Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS® has been truly remarkable.
Having also been a member of the California Desert Association of REALTORS® in the past, I understand the strengths and traditions that both organizations bring to the table. Our board leadership continues to stay ahead of the times, and this proposed merger represents exactly the kind of forward-thinking vision that positions our members for long-term success and relevance in a rapidly evolving industry.
As a board director, I recognize that bringing two associations together is a significant step that requires careful consideration and cooperation.
While we know there will be challenges along the way, this consolidation reflects a commitment to strengthening the organization and enhancing the support we provide to our members.
I am in full support of a collaborative merger between CDAR and TIGAR.
As the real estate industry continues to evolve at a rapid pace, it is more important than ever that we position ourselves for long term strength, relevance, and have a united presence. This merger represents a forward thinking opportunity to align resources, amplify our collective voice, and better serve our members in an increasingly complex landscape.
By coming together, we are not just reacting to change, we are proactively shaping the future of our industry. This is a positive and critical moment to strengthen our foundation and ensure we remain resilient, competitive, and well positioned for what lies ahead. I am so excited for what the future will bring.
In light of the evolving landscape of our industry, I firmly believe that the opportunity to merge our distinguished association with another strong organization represents the most prudent decision we can make on behalf of our members, both now and in the future.
This merger marks an important step forward in achieving the goals we have pursued for years to deliver greater value, enhanced resources, and reduced dues for the CDAR members we proudly serve.
I fully support the proposed merger of The Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS® and the California Desert Association of REALTORS® into a new organization, California Desert Inland Gateway, CDIG.
This is about more than bringing two associations together. It is about building something new by combining the strengths of both organizations into one that is stronger, broader in reach, and better equipped to serve the needs of members, consumers, and the communities we represent.
I know from experience that a successful merger takes far more than a vote. I was deeply involved in the work that followed the EVAR and TIGAR merger, where many hours were spent shaping the framework of the new organization by blending bylaws, policies, and procedures. Being part of that process gave me a clear understanding of the care, collaboration, and long-term thinking required to do it well. It also gave me a real appreciation for what can be accomplished when people come together with a shared purpose and a commitment to building something stronger than what existed before.
That is why I believe in this effort. TIGAR and CDAR each have valuable strengths, and CDIG creates the opportunity to bring those strengths together in a way that expands opportunity, strengthens leadership, and creates a more unified voice for the future. In a changing real estate environment, that kind of vision matters.
I believe CDIG has the potential to honor the foundation both organizations have built while creating something more responsive, more sustainable, and more valuable for those we serve. I encourage members to support this merger and the opportunity to build that future together.
Having led during my term, I understand how important it is to protect the legacy of an association.
But I also recognize when the industry is changing in ways that require evolution. This merger is not about replacing culture, it's about preserving it while ensuring we remain strong, relevant, and sustainable for future generations of REALTORS®.
As a member of the California Desert Association of REALTORS®, I strongly support the proposed merger with TIGAR as a strategic move that positions our members for long-term success.
The real estate industry is evolving rapidly, and our association must evolve with it. This merger represents an opportunity to strengthen our collective voice, expand our reach, and provide enhanced resources to the professionals we serve. By joining forces, we can create a more powerful, unified organization that better advocates for our members at the local, state, and national levels.
At a time when our industry is navigating significant legal, regulatory, and marketplace shifts, it is imperative that REALTOR® associations evolve with strategic foresight.
A unified association will strengthen our collective influence in advocacy, creating a more coordinated and effective voice on issues critical to homeownership, private property rights, and housing accessibility. This merger presents a meaningful opportunity to align resources, expand professional development, and enhance the level of service we provide to REALTORS® and the clients we serve.
By combining the strengths of both organizations, the unified association will be better positioned to deliver greater member value, improved operational efficiency, and a stronger presence at the local, state, and national levels. Most importantly, it will ensure that members continue to receive the tools, education, and representation necessary to succeed in an increasingly competitive and evolving marketplace.
Equally important, this merger reflects true leadership. It demonstrates a willingness to move beyond conventional structures in favor of a model that prioritizes sustainability, efficiency, and long-term member value. These are the types of decisions that will define the strength and relevance of our profession in the years ahead.
I commend the leadership of both organizations for their vision and collaboration, and I fully support this effort as a strategic step forward for our members and our industry.
When I look back on my time as President, I think about the responsibility we had to leave the association stronger than we found it.
This merger reflects that same principle on a larger scale. It is a continuation of leadership, not a departure from it. We are building on our history, not erasing it.
This is a forward-thinking decision that positions us to be more proactive, unified, and effective in an evolving market.
I, Regina Smith, as a current member of the 2026 Board of Directors for TIGAR, am in full support of the proposed merger with CDAR. I strongly recommend moving forward, as I believe this partnership will create meaningful benefits for our associations, our members, and the communities we serve.
I have been a proud member of The California Desert Association of REALTORS® for almost 20 years!
I have always been impressed with the leadership and strength of our association and believe we will only benefit by merging with another organization which is financially sound, has engaged members and dedicated leadership. It's a complimentary match which stands to benefit the combined membership in numerous ways. I'm in support of this merger as we move forward into the ever-evolving future of real estate.
I am excited to share my strong support and approval of the merger between The Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS® and the California Desert Association of REALTORS®.
This merger represents an incredible opportunity for both associations. By coming together, we are creating a stronger, more connected organization that will expand our reach, strengthen our voice, and provide even greater value to our members. I truly believe this partnership will allow us to build meaningful relationships, share new ideas, and welcome an amazing group of REALTORS® into our collective sphere.
The real estate industry continues to evolve, and collaborations like this position us for greater success in the future. By uniting our resources, leadership, and membership, we are opening the door to broader opportunities for education, advocacy, networking, and professional growth for everyone involved.
I am genuinely excited about what this merger means for both associations and for the future we will build together. I look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have on our members and the communities we serve.
Whether you're coming from TIGAR or CDAR, we're all facing the same industry challenges.
This merger isn't about one group absorbing another - it's about aligning strengths so we can all succeed at a higher level.
We are at another inflection point.
Same as 2008, 2011, and 2024. Our industry is changing rapidly, and the future is uncertain. Our industry is heading in this direction, whether we like it or not. We need to take proactive measures to protect our position as the voice of Real Estate here in the Coachella Valley. Strong, nimble, and tech-forward organizations that evolve to provide even more value to their members will be the only ones left when the dust settles.
This is why I whole-heartedly support this merger. Not only do we fortify our local position, but we also gain strength in numbers, assets, technology, and so much more. Together we can better meet the needs of our members and our communities. This merger will get us in front of what's coming and help us become a stronger, future-ready organization.
I am in support of the merge because our dues will go down and we will get more benefits from it. But also, we are going to get to meet more people. That's going to create a bigger network for us. And I am all for that.
I think it presents a lot of value for everyone. I know, especially when I started about a year ago, when I went to CDAR, I went to the Orientation, and I learned a few things. But I feel like a lot of people don't know the value. And I feel with the merger, we'll have a lot more value, a lot more options, and I heard from the grapevine that the dues might be cheaper.
I support the merger because there will be more resources for us as agents. And I think that's an added perk.
After thoroughly researching all of the benefits that this will afford us as REALTORS and as members of the CDAR organization, I have come to the conclusion that I do support it.
I just wanted to encourage everyone out there that is thinking about the merger to make sure to ask the right questions, talk to the Board members, talk to your colleagues, talk to brokers. Just really get the information. Don't wonder about it. Don't assume. Just ask the questions that you're wanting answered so that you can make the right decision for yourself. I think that it could be a really positive thing for the Board, once you learn the information. So I would just really encourage everyone to go out there and do that.
I look at this through the lens of what actually helps agents day to day.
More access, better tools, and a stronger association all make a difference in how we do business. This merger delivers on that, and it's a win for members. I am in full support.
As a CDAR Leadership Academy graduate, I've seen how important it is to build an organization that is thinking ahead.
The market isn't standing still, and neither can we. This merger reflects a willingness to evolve, strengthen resources, and create something more aligned with where the industry is going.
As a CDAR Leadership Academy graduate and current CDAR Finance Committee member, I've had the opportunity to look at the association from both a leadership and financial perspective.
It's important that we remain disciplined, forward-thinking, and focused on delivering real value to members. This merger is a step toward strengthening resources, improving efficiency, and positioning the association to better support agents in a changing market.
As an active agent and CDAR Leadership Academy graduate, I'm looking for an association that stays relevant.
This merger is a move toward that. More resources, broader reach, and modern leadership that knows what active agents need.
My experience in the CDAR Leadership Academy gave me a deeper appreciation for the thought, care, and responsibility that goes into guiding our association.
As an active REALTOR®, I see how quickly our profession is evolving. To me, this merger is a thoughtful step towards stronger service, leadership, and professionalism.
As a broker and a graduate of the CDAR Leadership Academy, I've seen firsthand how strong leadership and intentional investment in people shape the future of our industry.
This merger is a continuation of that mindset and I believe this positions our members well for what's ahead.
After more than two decades in real estate, I believe the future belongs to those willing to collaborate, innovate, and leverage shared strength. Our industry is changing fast, and this merger positions us to maximize resources, expand our voice, and increase our influence on behalf of the clients we serve.
Equally important, it preserves the local character and culture that define our communities while giving us a greater platform to help shape meaningful change at scale. I fully support this merger as a win for REALTORS®, our clients, and our industry.
As a broker who has been part of TIGAR for years, I take any change like this seriously because it directly affects my agents and how we operate day to day.
I had questions at first about what a merger would really mean for us locally. But after reviewing the details, it became clear that this isn't about losing identity - it's about gaining strength. What stands out to me is the access to better resources, stronger technology investment, and more consistent services for my office. I also see real value in the expanded advocacy power. We've all felt how quickly the industry is changing, and I believe staying competitive requires scale and collaboration.
For my team, this means more education opportunities, better tools, and a stronger association working on our behalf. That's why I support this merger and will be voting yes.
As our industry continues to evolve, it's important that agents are put in stronger positions to adapt to our current challenges, and the changes that lie ahead.
Bringing these organizations together is a win-win for our community. It creates more resources, better tools and a structure that will be able to adapt and grow for our future.
As a broker and CDAR scholarship task force member, I see firsthand the impact our association can have when we invest in people.
This merger is an opportunity to expand that impact. A stronger, more unified organization allows us to do more for our members and our community.
This merger just makes sense from a business standpoint.
A larger, more unified association creates more consistency, more professionalism, and more opportunities to engage. For Affiliates, that translates directly into more visibility and more chances to grow.
As an agent, my focus has always been on serving my clients and giving back to the community I'm a part of.
A strong association plays a role in that. This merger creates an opportunity to build something more connected and better equipped to support both agents and the communities we serve.
This merger is about delivering more value to our members.
By combining resources and expertise, we can expand access to tools, education, and support that helps REALTORS® succeed. I'm confident that this is the right move for our future and fully support the merger.
As a TIGAR Affiliate, I am in support of the merger between TIGAR & CDAR as I see a personal benefit of having more real estate agents to market to, build relationships with.
I think that mutually supporting each other, affiliates & agents will help build all of our business opportunities in 2026 and beyond.
As an Affiliate member with Rae Allen Media, I'm in full support of this merger and the direction it represents.
Bringing these organizations together creates a more unified association, with stronger resources, better consistency, and more opportunities for both agents and affiliates to connect and grow.
I believe this is a positive step forward that will strengthen the association and better serve its members long-term.
As a CDAR Leadership Academy graduate, I value an association that prioritizes education and delivers real, high-level training to its members.
CDAR has set a strong standard, and I've seen the impact that has on agents at every level. This merger is an opportunity to preserve that progress while expanding it, bringing even more resources and opportunities to the membership.
That's something I'm excited about, and I am in full support!
After sitting in on the meeting and reviewing, I think the merger is a great idea and I'm in support.
As a past President of the Idyllwild Association and a C.A.R. Director, I've seen how important strong, thoughtful leadership is to supporting both our members and our communities.
As a brokerage owner and family team working closely with clients every day, we rely on that support to guide people through one of the most important decisions of their lives. This merger is a step toward building a stronger, more connected association that can continue to serve agents and the communities we care about.
It's been a long time coming and I am happy that there is finally a proposal to merge both TIGAR and CDAR.
Having been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, I've often wondered why we weren't the same for so many reasons. The benefits certainly outweigh any opposition. Combining Boards will save members money, time, and frustration in the long run by better utilizing combined technology and tools.
Additionally a combined board will provide strength, efficiency, and a higher level of support for the members, which overall could lead to a stronger membership base that offers greater value to those it serves.
I favor this merger and appreciate the efforts in seeing it through.
The proposed merger of TIGAR and CDAR is a welcome step forward and, in my view, long overdue.
After more than two decades in the real estate industry, it's always seemed clear that aligning these organizations would better serve their members.
There's significant upside to coming together. A unified board would streamline operations, make better use of shared technology, and ultimately save members both time and money while reducing day-to-day inefficiencies.
Beyond the practical benefits, this merger would strengthen the organization as a whole - enhancing collaboration, improving member support, and creating a more cohesive and valuable network.
I'm in full support of this effort and appreciate the work being done to move it ahead.
With over 30 years in this business, I've seen how important it is to stay adaptable and continue learning.
Working closely with agents every day, I know they need strong support, practical resources, and leadership that understands where the industry is going. I've been encouraged by the direction of the association, and this merger is a step toward continuing to provide the kind of value agents need to stay productive and competitive.
